winterdriverWhile washing your car is very important in the winter, it is also important that you warm your car up.  Have you ever seen people just sitting in their cars, waiting for it to warm up?  Well, that is one of the smartest things in the world to do – the reason for this is because of the oil.

Honestly, the oil is what keeps all of the internal parts of your car to become well-lubricated and working properly.  When the weather is extremely cold, the oil may not be as fluid as when it is warmed up a little bit – when that happens, the oil in your car is not lubricating all of the parts of your car.

mercedes-benz_glk_winter_driving_fun14-540x356While your car is definitely a priority, you want to make sure that when you are driving in the snow, that you are a responsible driver.  I know that I am an aggressive driver and when I am behind the wheel – I am a completely different person.  This is the case for a lot of people but when snow is involved, you just need to relax.

Finally, change your attitude a little bit – if you get mad at the snow, I can promise it will take you twice as long to get wherever you are trying to go.
